  • Comprehensive induction aligned to the Care Certificate
  • Mental health awareness and trauma-informed practice
  • Safeguarding adults, Mental Capacity Act and DoLS awareness
  • Medication administration with competency assessment
  • De-escalation, positive risk-taking and crisis response
  • Regular supervision, appraisal and career development
