- Comprehensive induction aligned to the Care Certificate
- Mental health awareness and trauma-informed practice
- Safeguarding adults, Mental Capacity Act and DoLS awareness
- Medication administration with competency assessment
- De-escalation, positive risk-taking and crisis response
- Regular supervision, appraisal and career development
